The formats real work uses
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and plain text. Scanned pages go through OCR first, so an image-only PDF stays searchable like anything else.
Privacy is a deployment choice
Shared Cloud, an isolated Cloud Dedicated instance, or fully self-hosted on your own hardware. The same product, three different boundaries around your documents.
Your library is not training data
